The RICO-Ish systemic “waste and abuse” by frauds and intelligence community spooks has blown a mental “Trumpocalypse” gasket in the head of globalist minions who prefer an Orwellian weaponization of government and Deep State chicanery to revoke Musk’s top secret security clearance. Biden says he walks through body scans often, so eliminating his security clearance by the current administration is a nonevent at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.

USAID was established through executive order issued by President John F. Kennedy with oversight delegated to the Secretary of State, and based in part on authority provided in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961. Its original mission was to advance U.S. foreign policy by offering developing nations help with education, health care, disaster relief, and technical assistance. The Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act approved by Congress in 1998 established USAID as its own agency. The key language is “within the Executive branch of Government.” The statute also transferred certain functions of USAID to the State Department, and required USAID to handle all other pre-existing functions described in the Foreign Assistance Act.

In fiscal 2023, USAID distributed nearly $43.8 billion in aid and the State Department disbursed $21.3B vs. $74.0B total spent in fiscal 2022 when the proxy war in Ukraine morphed into a Full Metal Jacket film and horrific “meat grinder.” That “slush fund” has supported programs and activities in 177 individual countries and 29 regions, and is on track for spending $58.4B on international assistance programs in the 2025 fiscal year.

The IN board is sprinkled with generous democrat party donors and operates through several subsidiaries including the Cayman Islands.
